I started running in 2017 to build fitness but then it became a part of life and I don’t remember when it became such a huge part of life and gave a though to try harder every time and experienced every time that I can achieve more and kept going.

To me, sport is…

life with progression and keep aiming and working on it.

On a typical training day,

I am full-time athlete at the moment so I do run sessions in morning and cross-training (Yoga/Gym) in evening. I eat pure homemade veg food and listen Rajasthani music most of time and recovery is an essential part of life so I recover through proper fueling to the body and rest.

My idea of an effective training session is…

keeping training bit conservative but consistent to go long way.
